Ahna is by Torino out of the Hanoverian mare Weda by Wanderbursch II. Weda scored a 74% at her BWP inspection making her the fourth highest scoring mare in the country behind three mares who all scored 75%. Weda competed in the jumpers in Florida and Atlanta before retiring to be a broodmare. Weda was leased from Windy Hill Farm.
